Order and Shipping Info

Here's how to order your jewelry selection:

1)  Note the code, description and price of the item that you are interested in.
2)  Print the order form. (This is a MS Word document)
3)  Please send the order form to the address indicated along with your check or money order (for the moment I am not accepting credit cards. Sorry for any inconvenience).
4)  You will receive your jewelry order within one to two weeks, depending upon payment method and your location.
5)  An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your order.

         Please note that I am only accepting orders in the continental US at this time and all funds must be in US dollars. New York state residents must add 8.75% sales tax. **Shipping on all orders is free.
